Ángel Martínez-Aldama

Chairman of INVERCO

Degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE. Since 1990 he worked in the Issuance, CIIs and Supervision Divisions of the CNMV. In 1995 he joined the Association of Collective Investment Institutions and Pension Funds, which he has chaired since June 2015. As such he is also Chairman, Vice-Chairman or member of the Boards and Committees of EFAMA (European Funds and Asset Management Association), Pensions Europe, FIAP (International Federation of Pension Administrators), FIAFIN (Ibero-American Federation of Mutual Funds) and the CEOE, representing the Spanish institutional investment industry.

Licenciada en Derecho por la Universidad de Castilla La Mancha y abogada en ejercicio desde 1994. Secretaria del consejo de administración de sociedades cotizadas, especializada en buen gobierno corporativo y regulación de mercado de valores. Protectora del inversor en las cuatro Bolsas españolas desde 2021. Ha sido directora de servicios jurídicos de multinacionales cotizadas y miembro de Comisión de Supervisión de entidades de gestión de derechos de autor (SGAE). Profesora en instituciones educativas como el Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB).

Ramiro Martínez-Pardo

Consejero de Laboratorios Reig Jofre, Audax Renovables y DESA. Presidente de la Comisión de Ética y vocal de la Comisión Ejecutiva y del Patronato de la Fundación de Estudios Financieros. Fue Presidente de Norkapp Gestión SGIIC Y Secretario General y del Consejo de Administración de Fortis Bank y Beta Capital MeesPierson. Director General de Fomento en la CNMV desde su creación en 1989 hasta 2000.

She worked at White&Case, Baker&Mackenzie and Gomez-Acebo&Pombo. Until 2000, she was a civil servant at the European Commission, advisor and director of the Leche Pascual Group. She founded the consulting firm Comerciando Global. She speaks 5 languages, is a professor and writer on internationalization and women's leadership.

Antonio Fornieles

Partner at KPMG since 1994, responsible for Audit for Spain (2004-2011) and Global COO of Audit until 2012. Vice Chairman and Coordinating Independent Director of Abengoa until 2016, when he was appointed Executive Chairman. Coordinating Independent Director of Oryzon Genomics since 2015. He has been President of the First Territorial of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Spain and of the Register of Certified Public Accountants.
